Jenna Bernhardt is back and as awesome as ever. Starting Sept 11, the fabulous health and fitness coach will be leading 30 min strength training classes on Mon and Thurs at
CC’s from 12:15-12:45 each day.
In this biweekly class, your small group will focus on basic strength training to improve muscle mass, increase metabolism, improve bone density, and just overall feel BETTER! Strength training is the ca’s meow of better overall health and it’s benefits can’t be beat. There’s a saying by Mark Rippetoe, “Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful”.
