I have over 15 certifications in fitness including “Strength Training over 50”, “Nutrition and Strength Training”, "Nutrient timing for Peak Performance", "Strength Training for Weight Loss, "HIIT", "Kettlebell", "TRX", and "Time Based training".
I am also a momma of 3!, a wife, online personal trainer, and food loving Macro Coach.
